One Community for All People

As an organization we believe affordable, accessible; nutrient rich foods in our local communities are an essential part of creating real community development. For that reason, we have acquired vacant lots around Akron to provide resources for residents in food deserts. We also started a chemical free farm as a demonstration site to modernize the local and regional farming practices. We are offering education and training opportunities for gardeners, farmers, ranchers and residents in Ohio and other areas in need. In addition, we understand many local farmers in urban areas have difficulties with funding and maintenance, so we provide assistance to anyone who needs help in the surrounding areas.
